WHAT IS SOCIAL ANXIETY?
Before we start off with the topic let me tell you what I feel about social anxiety.
Social anxiety is feeling terribly self-conscious.
Oh is it my teeth? Or scars?
Your nose, jaws, or cheeks.
Well, am I speaking of only physical anxieties?
Well, even if you do not have any physical anxiety then also it is still very much possible to feel awkward about yourself if you are having a social anxiety disorder.
Like, you are in an unknown crowd all enjoying yourself, and all of a sudden you want to run away to somewhere where your nerves can calm down.
A quiet place, a comfort zone.
There are other symptoms too which tells that you might be having a social anxiety disorder.
Like you always need others to make you feel good. Maybe you need assurance and other people’s validation of yourself.
So how do you overcome such anxieties to live a more peaceful and happy life?

1. FOCUS ON PROGRESS, NOT PERFECTION
Perspective it is.
Why do we measure our work with so much self-criticism?
We have some mind’s perception of a job’s perfect result. And when we don’t meet our mental measure, we get sad.

Other times, just tell yourself, this is not the time to worry about these things, I will think about it when I have scheduled it.
Well, this is a stupid idea, but the useless stuff that snatches our productivity levels will go away soon.
Worrying is natural when we are concerned about something.
But the term should be altered.
The term is not worrying but ‘Planning’.
If you are thinking about an issue that needs to be solved then make a step by step plan on how to accomplish that or solve that.
Worrying can never be a part of us but proper planning is.
3. GOAL SETTING
Focus on yourself.
Lack of confidence and feeling that we have accomplished so less in life is also a reason for all social anxieties.
Use your dreams to be happy.
Set goals and accomplish them with proper planning. It is so much fun to see yourself grow.
Have monthly or quarterly goals and write daily to-do tasks that will lead you to complete those goals.

Society anxiety is a feeling which you have to overcome all by yourself.
Look at the positive things in you and the surroundings. Set goals and achieve.
Be focused on improving yourself, it will let you forget about any anxieties.
