An early morning fitness regime or yoga is a good way to feel good all day long.

Fresh Drinks or Sweet Smoothies can also help relax our minds.

Stay silent for 10 minutes a day, it helps.

Cook, color, play. Anything that makes you feel good in a real sense will de-stress you.
