If you do not like yogurts then you can use coconut cream, almond milk cream, or protein powders.

Personally I do not add any sugar or honey. But if you want more sweetness in your fresh smoothie glass then you can surely add some.
Do not add milk as it will dilute the creaminess more than required and you wont like it that way.
- 10 Frozen Strawberries (Frozen to make the smoothie thicker)
- 1 cup of ice
- 1 Tsp of Honey (or tbsp sugar)
- 1 cup of yogurt
I love to make strawberry smoothies with a zest of lemon juice. With the ingredients above I would add 1 tsp of lemon juice to make it more flavorful and tangy.
