Okay, this time am up for some super fast keto dinner recipes.

Some will take less than 20 minutes while some may take up to an hour to get your meal prepared.

1. TUSCAN GARLIC CHICKEN

This one is my favorite. So I am starting my list with Tuscan garlic chicken.

The creamy garlic taste with sun-dried tomatoes. I fell in love with it.

With a preparation time of 10 mins and a cook time of 15 minutes, you will get your restaurant type dinner ready under 30 minutes.

 

2. COCONUT CHICKEN

A super tasty and super easy recipe.

It took me 5 mins to prepare and somewhat 30 minutes to properly cook it.

 

3. CHICKEN + SPINACH

Once you are ready with the ingredients it will take you hardly 15-20 mins to get your meal ready to eat.

With mushrooms, spinach and butter, it is a whole lot of healthy stuff packed into a single meal.

With a cook time of 40 minutes, this is a perfect low carb dinner to enjoy with family.

To the recipe stated, I added some more garlic cloves to give a distinct flavor.

The freshly chopped mint and parsley herbs give me a fresh feeling.

Yes, exactly it is that quick. After having a busy day and no time to cook, this is the healthy meal I look for.

This will not only taste good but also give a very delicious look.

 

8. BROCCOLI CHEESE SOUP

Yes, the process is a bit long but it is perfectly suitable for keto and low glycemic diets.

This golden meatball parm is a low carb recipe which will take you 1 hour to for ready to eat.

You will not even notice the zucchini which is added here.

You can serve this with some salad or just some keto toppings of your choice.

 

12. NACHO STEAK SKILLET

I made this recipe with chicken in replacement of the steak. So definitely got a different delicious flavor.

It is a solid keto heavy meal.

This looks just yummy and a different flavor than my usual keto dinners.

This white chicken chilli is a healthy recipe, though you may take some time to get all the ingredients together.

 

14. BEEFY AND CHEESY LOW CARB GREEN CHILE BAKE

Once again I have altered the recipe a bit and swapped it with chicken.

It took me somewhat 30 mins to prepare and 40 minutes to cook it.
